Our Complex Support Programs are here for participants who need extra help because of justice or forensic requirements. We work with you to get the right support in place, keep everything on track, and help you move toward a more stable, independent life.
You might be getting ready to leave a justice setting or already adjusting to life in the community. Either way, we’ll walk beside you, helping with your NDIS plan, daily goals, and anything linked to your transition. We focus on what’s important to you and help you find the way forward.
We also stay in close contact with your clinical team to make sure everyone is working together. This helps us understand what is behind certain behaviours and find practical ways to support change. The goal is to help you build safer routines, reconnect with the community, and feel more in control of your future.
Specialist Residential Accommodation
We can help arrange supported housing that offers structure and stability, while also working on things like health, work, and routine. Our team supports people under forensic orders or parole conditions and helps young people under care to find their footing again. It’s about having the space and the support to start fresh.
